We’re a highly collaborative and supportive team, coming together on every project to ensure our clients get the very best result.
Our Mission
Help you, the author, create the most impactful novel possible. We treat our clients with kindness and consideration while delivering a comprehensive and clear edit. We go above and beyond no matter the challenge.
Our Values
We know your novel is your baby and receiving feedback can be daunting. Therefore, we listen to how you would like to receive feedback, look first for what works well, and explain our objective reasoning behind any suggestions.
“Look for what *does* work, and admire it, and see if you can bring it out even better.”
– Ursula K. Le Guin from Steering the Craft
“Bert Gevera Piedmont is the best editor I've ever had. She was detail oriented, both micro and macro focused on every aspect of my writing. She was timely, patient, and trustworthy. My book would not be the finished product it is without her.”
“Julia provided some wonderful suggestions. It was like she read my mind about some of the weaker areas of the story and helped me figure out how to fill them in.”
“Katharine really helped me improve my writing. I understand structure so much better now, and she was encouraging and helpful throughout the entire process.”

ACCESS AND COMPREHENSIVENESS
We are a group of three neurodiverse editors working together, so your feedback is more comprehensive.
THE PROCESS:
- Choose your lead editor based on your genre and our specialties
- Contact us to book a FREE 15 minute consultation
- Your lead editor reviews your novel, creates your summary letter, and provides all feedback noted above.
